VillageGreen Street Fair is a family-oriented outdoor festival that aims to help educate and inform people of all ages about the benefits of green, organic, and eco-friendly products and services. Companies, artisans, entertainers, and speakers blend together in a fun and friendly environment to promote global interest and personal well-being. VillageGreen Street Fair goers will be encouraged to learn the advantages of taking steps towards living a healthier and greener life.

The September 25th event, organized by the Village of Wauwatosa Business Improvement District (BID), will include many exhibitors and sponsors - all showcasing, demonstrating and selling eco-friendly, organic, and green products. The fair will also feature live music, activities, food and tastings, demonstrations, children's area, clothing swap and fashion show, speaker series, farmers market and much more!

The Little Read Book is sponsoring a Teacher Appreciation Afternoon on Wednesday, September 29th from 5:00PM to 6:30PM.

The afternoon will feature a book presentation by Anne Hellman of Macmillan Publishers at 5:30PM. She will be sharing many of the newest titles, as well as some of her favorites for making reading a special experience for students K thru Jr. High.

There will be giveaways and refreshments. Come to relax, enjoy refreshments of wine and cheese before and after the presentation and shop using your teacher discount on everything in the store.
